With the help of our Dealer, California Pre-Cut Homes, this client took one of PMHI's most popular floor plans, the Riverbend, and created their own custom home at an affordable price. They took off the large covered porch and added two smaller porches on the front and rear. They added an office a walk-in closet to the master bedroom, and enlarged the garage. They also changed some of the window designs and sizes, as well as some doors. They enlarged the house to 2,138 sq. ft., with 10' high walls. The new design has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office, and a larger 2 car garage. Inside is a gorgeous bright kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Along with a luxurious master suite, walk-in closet, soaking tub, and separate shower. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout the main rooms and carpets in the bedrooms.
Project Timeline: After California Pre-Cut Homes communicated the needed plan changes to PMHI the custom plans were completed in about 7 weeks. The building permit was issued about 12 weeks later. The foundation was start August 12th, the PMHI package was delivered August 29th, the home was completely finished and ready to move in to on December 15th. That's only 16 weeks from the time construction started until the home was move in ready, that's fast. To top it off, the appraisal showed that the customer already had 30% equity *.
