Pre-Engineered Plans:

All PMHI Plans are Pre-Engineered to the California Building Code (CBC), one of the most stringent building codes in the world. Not only will these standard plans make it easier for you to get your project approved, they will also save you time and money in your building project.

Revised Pre-Engineered Plans:

Since all of PMHI’s Plans are computer designed, it gives us the flexibility to easily make changes to meet your specific needs, personal taste, and style. From changing or adding a window, reversing the plan, modifying rooms, to moving walls and much more, our standard plans can be customized to become your dream home. All of the pre-engineering is updated to reflect the plan changes too.

Custom Plans by PMHI:

If adapting one of our existing plans will not meet your needs, our Drafting Service will work with your ideas to develop a truly custom plan. Our Engineers (licensed in all 50 states)  will provide all of the necessary calculations, details, and documentation to insure that your custom plan is designed to meet or exceed the California Building Code and any additional local codes.

Note:

PMHI warrants that all Pre-Engineered Plans, Modified Plans, and PMHI Custom Plans, will be accepted by any building jurisdiction that has adopted the California Building Code, subject to your proposed building project meeting all other local requirements. Each plan will be wet sealed by an engineer registered in the state where you are building. Since codes and requirements can change, and may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, PMHI cannot warrant compliance with any specific code or regulation outside of California.
